First off, the only mistake ive seen is that if you were aming for a blob or liquid, its a bit to flat. Now onto the good things. The way you shaded it is unlike any i have aver seen, it is truly unique, and your the first person ive seen turn a non-emote face (ex: .-. =-D) into an actual emote. There were vary few jaggies that I noticed, and this is an overall good peice. Your technique has a few similatirys to other pixal artist's, and i recomend that you try and make your own unique style when duing pixel art and shadeing.
