I have been out of a phone for almost a week trying to switch my service over to them, but their glorious support line says that, since I already had Tracfone on my phone I'm attempting to switch, they can't help me. .... Tracfone and StraightTalk are sister companies; they have each other's logos on their products and ads, and their phones are thus supposedly interchangeable. My dad has the same exact phone as me with them, but for SOME REASON these dumbasses seem to think that I can't use this phone with them.
If anyone has any advice or knowledge about cell phone companies that may help me which they would like to share, it'd be greatly appreciated.
